Our Core Values

Integrity

We uphold being brave enough to practice what we teach and to do what we say. We take responsibility if we make a mistake. Our team is committed to the highest of integrity in our personal lives, and within our work with clients and our group programs. We are not blind to our own places of discomfort and are open to areas of growth. Therefore, our team works on helping each other reveal any blind spots we may have so that we can show up more fully in our true selves.

Non-Judgment and Acceptance

The foundation of the work we do is based in the essence of non-judgment for self and others. We know that when in self-judgment and fear, judgment of others exists. Our programs are based on releasing self-judgment and judgment of others. We honor every person’s life journey as a unique being. With deep respect for human differences, points of view, life traumas, life stories, ethnicity, color, culture, ancestry, and gender, we commit to holding a safe space of non-judgment. We accept you for who you were, who you are, and who you are becoming.

Love

We define love as the all-encompassing universal loving consciousness that we have the ability to embody, to be, and to feel. Call it whatever you’d like: Spirit, Source, God, Higher Power, Nature, Universe, Buddha, Creativity, or even just “an energy you sense beyond you.” We practice being open to letting love lead our life in order to release control and truly allow our soul’s path to be expressed through us. We commit to practicing love for self and others and helping the world become a more loving place, one human at a time.

Compassion

Uniting and coming together in humanity is rooted in compassion and love. Self-love, love for others, inner healing, world healing, and allowing who you are to shine cannot exist without compassion, love, and kindness. We commit to showing up compassionately. Our team and group members practice managing any disagreement or conflict that may arise with openness and respectful dialog grounded in compassion and kindness.

Courage

It takes incredible courage to show up and share who you really are (the parts of you that you like and the parts that you don’t like). Our team and group members practice being courageous and may share when we are scared or need support. Honest communication, taking a deep look inside yourself, and bringing yourself forward takes courage. In our team meetings, we practice leaving our “masks” at the door so we can show up in our full vulnerability with each other. Courage is the foundation of transformation.

Authenticity

We are real. We share truth. We will share from our personal lives when called for so you can relate and know we are human, real, and not perfect. Truth can be hard, messy, beautiful, or simple. With compassion, non-judgment, love, and deep honoring for each person, we uncover the deepest of truth and break away from harmful untruths and masks of shame.
